Arinze is a Nigerian entrepreneur, veteran corporate executive and a family man.

With backgrounds in business communication and international law, Paul was previously an executive in multinationals such as ExxonMobil and British Gas, where he led corporate services in strategy, innovation, policy and government affairs.

Previously, Paul had advised the president of the Nigerian Senate, and chaired the private sector body engaging government on foreign direct investment in Nigeria.

The author of three books on energy investment, Paul is a thought leader with a passion for investment in Africa particularly in energy, growing businesses, and media.

He is on the advisory board of BusinessDay, one of Africa’s most influential business newspapers, a member of the Institute of Directors and Financial Times’ NED body of non executive directors. He also founded Africa Franchise Center, an investment promotion service focusing on franchising.
