Reimagining the teased-at-the-crown hairstyle of the decade with bedhead-y texture and the occasional oversize bow tucked into the side, backstage beauty star Sam McKnight set the tone for a modern take on the era while makeup artist Tom Pecheux brought it home with the most alluring touch: A smudgy morning-after smoky eye.
